1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Jetline Canine Training LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Greenville, SC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Jetline Canine Training LLC provides professional dog training services, including but not limited to:

  • Board & Train programs (4-week and 6-week)
  • 1-on-1 private training sessions (4-lesson and 8-lesson packages)
  • Virtual training sessions
  • Behavioral consultations and assessments

All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog or owner if we determine the situation is not a good fit for our programs.

3. Booking & Payments

All training programs require a booking and may require a deposit or full payment prior to the start of services. Payment terms, amounts, and schedules will be communicated at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods will be specified during the booking process.

4. Money-Back Guarantee

Jetline Canine Training LLC offers a 100% money-back guarantee on our training programs. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us directly to discuss your concerns. The guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

  • The owner must have attended all scheduled turnover lessons and follow-up sessions.
  • The owner must have consistently applied the training techniques and protocols provided by the trainer.
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of program completion.

5. Assumption of Risk

Dog training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bites, scratches, injuries, and property damage. By enrolling your dog in any of our programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You agree that Jetline Canine Training LLC, its owner, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur during or as a result of training, except in cases of gross negligence.

6. Health & Vaccination Requirements

All dogs enrolled in Board & Train or in-person training programs must be current on the following vaccinations:

  • Rabies
  • DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus)
  • Bordetella

Proof of vaccination must be provided prior to the start of any program. Dogs must also be free of contagious illnesses, fleas, and ticks. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone service if health requirements are not met.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of 1-on-1 sessions. Board & Train cancellations must be communicated at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8. Owner Responsibilities

Training is a collaborative process. The success of any training program depends on the owner's commitment to:

  • Attending all scheduled sessions and turnover lessons
  • Practicing techniques consistently at home
  • Providing accurate and complete information about the dog's history, behavior, and health
  • Following all post-training maintenance guidelines

9. Media Release

By enrolling in our programs, you grant Jetline Canine Training LLC permission to use photographs and videos of your dog taken during training for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing that you do not consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jetline Canine Training LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Greenville County, South Carolina.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
