1. Services
Jetline Canine Training provides dog training programs, including but not limited to: private sessions, group classes, board & train, and virtual training.
All services are subject to availability and trainer approval.
2. Payment & Refunds
Payment must be made in full before training begins unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are only issued if requested within 7 days prior to the start of the program.
No refunds will be given once a program has started, except in cases of trainer cancellation.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information about their dog’s health, behavior, and vaccination records.
Dogs must be up-to-date on required vaccinations. Proof may be requested.
Clients are responsible for the safety and behavior of their dogs during all training sessions.
4. Training Results
Jetline Canine Training does not guarantee specific outcomes. Training success depends on the dog, environment, and consistency of practice by the owner.
5. Liability
Clients acknowledge that participation in dog training involves risk. Jetline Canine Training is not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by dogs during or after training.
Clients agree to release Jetline Canine Training and its trainers from any claims arising out of participation in training programs.
6. Rescheduling & Cancellations
At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
7. Intellectual Property
All training materials, videos, and resources are the property of Jetline Canine Training. They may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without permission.
8. Changes to Terms
Jetline Canine Training may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
